Over several years, I was able to craft a comprehensive brand for Beluga restaurant, and their umbrella company, The Caviar Group. I found it incredibly rewarding to have complete freedom in the brand development to convey a personality of fun and joy, combined with sophistication. This book menu was one of my favourite items as it allowed me to play with design on several levels.
